02 / How it works
The AI Sprint: two weeks that change how your department works
Skills
Three lectures for everyone and hands-on workshops in small groups by role (8–15 people): finance practises on finance tasks, marketing on marketing material. Everyone goes home with at least three working use cases in their own job — and clear rules for safe use.
Application
We build automations with your teams in your own systems. The teams choose the workflows, we build them together. At the same time we train 2–4 in-house specialists ("champions") who keep the development going after we leave.
Measurement
We measure the baseline before the sprint. On day 30 we measure the same workflows again. You get your own numbers, not statistics from foreign reports.

Vocational training funds reimburse up to 90% — we handle the application
The training part of the sprint qualifies for grants from Iceland's vocational training funds. Starfsafl, for example, reimburses companies up to 90% of training costs, capped at 4 million ISK per year. In the free assessment we map out which grants are available to you — and we prepare the application for you.
