This page is for you if you are about to join an AI Sprint. Here you can see what the weeks look like, what is worth doing in advance, and answers to the most common questions. The preparation takes about an hour and multiplies what you get out of the first day.
01 / The journey
What the sprint looks like from your point of view
Preparation
Assessment and baseline measurement: we measure how long typical tasks take today, so you can see your own results in black and white at the end. The company's usage rules are shaped together with your people.
Skills and application
Lectures and hands-on workshops, about 2 hours a day. You work on your own tasks from day one: every exercise is done on a real task from your desk, not on a made-up example.
The measurement
The same workflows as in the baseline are measured again. You and your team get your own numbers, not statistics from foreign reports.
02 / The preparation
Five things worth doing before day one
None of this is mandatory, but participants who arrive with this ready get the furthest in the first week.
- Pick one real task from your desk to solve on day 1
- Note how long a typical task of that kind takes you today
- Check whether you have access to a company subscription to AI tools
- Collect 3 to 5 texts that hit your tone of voice perfectly, and 1 to 2 that do not
- Write down the questions you want answered during the week

This is not a test and nobody fails. The sprint is hands-on training on your own tasks, with an instructor at your side, and the rule that applies every day is simple: the AI writes the draft, you sign off.
